FORGIVENESS - Philemon

Definition of Forgiveness:

The decision to release someone from the obligation that resulted when they offended you.

The Five Stages of Forgiveness:

  1. Remember the good (v. 4-7)
  2. Appeal with humility (v. 8-16)
  3. Use your influence (v. 17-20)
  4. Believe the best (v. 21)
  5. Follow up intentionally (v. 22)
