We will be going through Jerry Bridges’ book, Trusting God, where he shares about a time of adversity in his life where he learned to strengthen his trust in God. Bridges looks at the way God shapes us over time to be more Christ-like. The book focuses on three of God’s character truths: sovereignty, wisdom, and love. When you come to know God better, you’ll find yourself trusting him more completely, even through life’s challenges.

Come meet with us to experience how God can use you in an tangible way in the lives of others. God has greatly blessed us by giving us His son and adopting us into His family. He has given us a calling to bless the world around us, and impact it for His glory.

One way we can do that is by sacrificially caring for those in our communities and around the world. The marginalized in society, the orphans, and the families that surround these people. How can we do this? By being a committed prayer partner, providing meals, fostering, child care, or even provide financial blessings for foster and adoptive families.

Join us to hear inspiring stories and testimonies of how God has shown His goodness, how He can use you to do something, and how we can support each other while we walk the journey God has for us.

In the future, we will be starting a 6-week focus group based on a book called ALL IN Orphan Care to more deeply study this topic and see how God can use it in our lives and the lives of others.

Our elders will lead this study on the essentials of our faith, the Gospel, and our identity in Christ. We’ll focus on what we believe about the Bible, prayer, and the church. The study will uncover what it means to be a disciple as we worship, walk with, and work for Christ.
